I don't know how many of you have ever heard of Pale Cocoon. It's just something I had stumbled across and added to my HD a few months ago. It sat around for awhile and I've watched it a couple of times already so I decided to blog it. Basically it's an anime that takes place sometime in the way far ahead future, where people have to live below the surface of their planet with machines that stabilize and simulate an environment similar to earth's. Our main characters are Ura and Riko, who work in an archive facility that restores binary data and analyzes it for reference. I'll let you watch the rest of the video to find out and decide for yourself on the anime.
Below are some screen grabs for those who like pictures. My screengrab app isn't the best so I hope they came out good enough to view.

Slow days
I was working today and noticed that we had a huge slowdown at the airport. It's still unusual to me to see the airport so slow. I'm used to it being rush-time all the time there.
A few people mingling around before they board.
Outside the Southwest checkpoint.
I took this one a few days ago.
What's your airport like? Ever been there when it was slow like this?

Kagamin^^
This is a strange post for my first anime tag. I noticed this gif somewhere. I gotta admit, like lots of others who've seen Lucky Star, that you look over this scene on purpose because it's only a split second that Konata is messing with Kagami. Just thought I'd share it.
To see what's going on you gotta click the image, blogger won't allow standard gif animation for some reason...

Potion = 100HP
This is great. I never seen such good advertising before. I wonder though, what if you're really needing a pick-me-up for work? Do you still only get 100HP?

Zeich Zeon!
You know I always wondered if mobile suits were in production in Japan during the war. It doesn't seem too out of the blue that Zeon was in fact a division of the Nazi power. Also the fact that the Japanese and Germans were collaborating kind of makes me wonder about the "secret missions" that went on during the entire theatre. Only time will tell if we end up building mobile suits and Gundams for warfare. It may even follow the cartoon series where some of us are fighting for peace and others just want to fight to "control earth." As insanely popular the idea, it's still a remaining fact that it's what many want, a real-life Star Wars experience or some sort of combat world of the future.
Till next time...

As the City Burned
It's hard to know that destruction is in front of you
Yet you gaze at it with eyes wide shut.
It talks and glares and taunts you with death
As it consumes those that you find once distant from you.
An original poem by Jon.

My New Whip
Again not much happens around here. Only ordinary things...
That aside I wanted to let you know that I got a new car! WOOO! It's way different than driving the minivan I grew up in. (No offence to the van. I love you and all it's just that I practically grew up in you.) Anyhow I'll see about linking some pics of it here.
P.S. Man! HTML is really coming in handy. I know it's hard and all but I'm really gettin into it.
till next time!
